When you are in a thread, tick the little box above the OP. That will auto-update the thread every 10 seconds. Doesn't seem to work on /adv/ though, hmm...

Don't use the boards: /b/, /pol/, /v/, /r9k/, /a/, /gif/, /int/. They are always full of porn. Watching porn all day (even from the corner of your eye) WILL fuck with your brain.

Under "Settings", "Images & Media", activate embed youtube links, un-mute webm audio and image expansion. Thank me later.

You need to disable your adblock/script blockers in a certain way for /adv/ to auto update. Just disabling on the website or temporarily on the page should work

There's no reason to leave adblockers turned on for 4chan anyway. The banner ads are unobtrusive and usually catering to the audience here anyway.
