suddenlty stopped replying after good first date

I’m a 20 year old guy and went on a Tinder date few weeks ago. We talked for 4 hours straight and went for a walk after. To sum it up shortly, she had everything i was looking for. At the end i told her i’ll text her the next day, she said she hopes so. When i came home from the date i got a friend request from her friend (we will call her girl A). Important note, girl B was a mutual friend between me and girl A. We texted back and forth for a week, she was replying instantly, then i suggested a second date, she stopped replying.
Now, who is girl B? I went to college together with girl B before i changed majors and cities. Months ago, i was on Facebook and saw my friends lightly making fun of girl B, so i thought i’d join in, but i really went over the top and said some harsh things. Turns out the post wasn’t in our friends private group, but in the classgroup of my previous college. She saw it. I only found out the next day that it was in the classgroup, i deleted the comments and wrote a sincere apology to girl B. I didn’t have to do that, i could have walked away from it without any consequences, but i apologised out of respect for her. Turns out she didn’t take my apologies.
Girl A knows girl B very well and probably asked around about me and found ita bout the Facebook accident and told my date about it. Girls B and my date aren’t even Facebook friends. I suggested a second date, she never replied, but instead i got fake Facebook requests from fake profiles with subtle hints that it was her (things like same major, same birthday as me), got those requests for a week, never replied to any. I didn’t know yet what was going on so i sent a Facebook request to my date (hadn’t added her yet) and she didn’t accept it. I haven’t texted her or replied to those requests.
Now i don’t know what my question is, but i’d like to hear your opinions.
