Sup /adv/ Im 24 years old, I live in a small village 8 miles from the nearest town, I moved here 2 years ago with my nan and my younger sister, I gave up my entire life as I knew it job/girlfriend/friends to be with them.
And you know what? it doesn't feel worth it, I have no friends or social life here, I even went back to my home town a few months back and Everyone had moved on as if 22 years of me there never even happened. the town had a population of about 45k people My village has a population of perhaps 15 and the town closest to me around 8 miles away has a population of 5k and they all have a separate accent and culture from me in many ways.
I have a decent job her 26k a year at 24 years old I have alot of free money but no desire to spend it on anything or anyone.
Im just honestly giving up on happiness Here yet I have to stay to look after my younger sister and elderly nan and its costing me my life and happiness. Any suggestions or feedback , thanks in advance /adv/.

I was in your exact same boat except my parent live in an area where each house is a mile apart from each other. make money somehow. You have internet so sell shit and move.
I know how toxic it can be stewing alone for a long time is. Get to a city, get a poopy job, and grind the life rail again.

the money isnt really a problem, its the location and social boundaries caused by location, I spent 8 months after I got here never even speaking or meeting someone the same age as me, its not as if Im socially awkward or anxious Ill happily talk to anyone.
