I have a rapidly changing world-view and it gets really hard to manage.
I don't know what to do.
I'll literally be a different person 45 minutes from now.
If I decide to go to a doctor, the problem is I'll change and I won't go because I don't need to.
Argh... If anybody can say anything helpful that'd be great
Write down what you are feeling, thinking, and what you want.
Repeat when you feel these things have changed sufficiently.
Look for a pattern.
