Eat a lot of raw carrots. Build a habit of eating raw carrots.
You have to remember that you eat to live. Not live to eat. Carrots to me taste like earth. Not dirt but its how I imagine the concept of 'earth/ground' to taste.
Not that I hate it or anything. I just dont eat it for its taste. Its like drinking water. Not for the taste but for the health.
Carrots are good at killing my cravings.
Drinking a lot of water is also good for that.
