Is NoFap worth it? I have a girlfriend and have been restricting it to only sex with her, no masturbation and limiting porn as much as possible, but is it all worth it? I'm curious as to if it will make sex better with my girl, not that it's not enjoyable already but it seems to distort my wants and desires somewhat.
