What are the odds of problems happening during cosmetic surgery? I'm considering getting chin and nose done.

I'm going to get a hump reduction this year too I think
What are you doing?

Ya my nose was a hump, and my chin is a little recessed.
it depends on the surgeon you go to. if you do your research well and talk to multiple doctors, chances are you'll find one that's been working for a while and has patients that will be comfortable sharing their results with you. definitely look for doctors that are board-certified and associated with the different professional plastic surgery organizations in your country.
if you find a good physician, you'll probably pay a good deal of money but your chance of suffering from surgery-related complications will be relatively low. also helps if you're generally healthy to begin with.

Okay thank you. I definitely have the money for it.
Finding the doctor will be a huge deal I'm guessing, a lot of work.
When you go to the surgery tell them: "Just fuck my shit up, senpai"
It's code for "make me look like Megan Fox". Only the skilled doctors will understand.
