I'll keep it short.

I'm 21, made over $4000 in 2015, but she has supported over half of my living expenses and is the only person claiming me.

So my question is if I have to meet all of the requirements for her to claim me or if I only have to meet at least one of them? I went to an H&R Block and didn't get a definite yes or no answer, just some vague "it's optional" answer.

H&R block doesn't dispense real advice, you need an actual taxguy who charges by the hour for that. Either that, or Google.
