So I don't really drink, but I want to try it. I don't wanna get hammered or even drunk, but a buzz couldn't hurt.

I weigh 200 pounds at 6'1". About how much should I drink to feel loose and good? I don't wanna feel sucky or depressed or have a hangover or anything like that.

6' and 195 here. So sort of similar size. I feel the effects at either 4 beers or 2 very strong drinks (usually get bourbon neat or on the rocks) all finished in under an hour. Timing is what gets me. If I don't pay attention and down 3 or 4 bourbons in an hour, I'm closer to drunk than buzzed. Just my experience. YMMV
