So. This is the first time I ever ask for advice, hopefully I won't need to ask again.
After I had half a breakdown an hour ago, I realised how unhappy I am. I have a bunch lf problems, concerning my body (which leads to my unhappiness):
I'm 17 years old
1,74m tall
90-95kg (overweight, but fit, doing enough sport)
What my thought was during my "breakdown" is the following:
"I'm small"
"I'm overweight"
"I'm weak"
Although I do lots of training, the "I'm-weak-point" is duw to my body.
Ankles have high pressure(hurt, overweight);
my knees are hurting like hell,espiacilly the left one.
My back is defintly weak muscled;
my left elbow is hurting periodically.
My neck and shoulder area are defintly spasmodocally/clenchy.
I can say that I did Irish dance for a few years, which, due to thebasic stance, trained my outer bands, while inner ones didn't. Also, I had very bad shoes, and I can still feel it. It was a bad Idea. My left elbow, which is worse than my roght elbow, is connected to my back. Instead of sitting properly, my elbows took most of the weighr over most of the time.
I do know the whole body is always connected. But much could have prevented if my family was actually wealthy.
Some thing got better for a time, certainly, but one problem is in the way of the other.
I can't do much running, my knees, mostly left knee, has no mood to.
Elbow blocks most of the arm training.
Back is on a good track, I hope.
I hope you can think of a solution and think of a way to make it better.
I secretly hope there are some doctors etc. Also wondered whether ACUPUNCTURE could be a solution somehow, somewhere.
