Hey /adv/.
Things have been pretty difficult for me lately, and I'm pretty sure I'm losing my fucking mind. This would be the second time I've succumbed to a complete nervous breakdown if it keeps going the way it's going.
I'm not on meds, but even on meds I felt very hollow and was prone to do some antisocial behaviors.
Anyone with a psychotic mental illness that can tell me from experience if things get better or will I just kamikaze like they all seem to do in the end?

As much as I want to say that you should do what I did and start off by forcing yourself to try and act like a normal person, I'm not really in a position to talk since I've had nothing worse than some mild depression and family issues.

I have the same symptoms also ptsd, yet I cannot tell you, since everyone is different. But normally it is a natural healing process, though it can be slow and painful and as long as you dont hurt others or yourself physically I would not try to fight it, just let it happen as it is possible for you and work with it. Go see someone and work a way out of your misery.
all the best to you!
