Okay, I'll start by saying I LOVE spicy food, and I like going a step higher every time.
Before last time I had some rice dish with madam jeanettes and ate too much, my anus felt like it was engulfed with hellflame.
Now this time I ate something even spicier. Didn't think about the consequences. It's been 5 hours and I'm afraid to take a shit. Is there away to make it less painful??

I'm a big spicy food fan and +1 this. I drink at least 3L of water a day and never really experience anything harsh from my butt. On the other hand, how spicy do you even mean? I go pretty hardcore sir.
