Being unconfident really hasn't changed how I do things very much. My depression is disabling, but if those problems go away with ECT I guess I'll actually get to find out how much self-confidence holds me back.

I did research what ballet and ballet lessons are like to see if I'd want to do them, and decided it is less appealing than the other things I could spend my time doing (school, work, reading, krav maga) were I able.
