2) White men are perceived to be more financially stable.

I'm about to marry a Korean, and I'm white.

There's something amazing about it for me.
This sounds so strange but please try to understand, it's something about Korea in general. When I'm there, for whatever reason, everything seems so simple and I'm happier than when I'm in the US. In Korea, I can take $250 to a 고시원 and live there with basic food for a month. And then any extra cash can go to the incredibly easy transportation (I can go absolutely anywhere in the country for very, very cheap with buses and of course subway), and I speak Korean, so everything is very simple and live is easier for me there.
Plus it's just beautiful in general, and I know plenty of regular places where people meet weekly to drink and make new friends, so I'm never lonely. I just go to one of those places on a given week and I can make new friends just like that.

Living in Korea really is just life on easy mode for me and I love it so much.
Somehow, being with a Korean girl is just part of it, and she loves me and treats me well and I love her family and everything is good with her.

I'm similar. I'm a white dude who is almost exclusively attracted to Asians. It's not really that hard to understand, Asians give me a boner, white girls don't (with some very rare exceptions such as Jenna Coleman). My theory is that I went through puberty surrounded by a ton of Asians.
