I wouldn't get involved, but I don't see any reason why you shouldn't put some pressure on your father to do the right thing and come clean on his own. Just bear in mind that this could possibly culminate in divorce. If you get involved in any capacity, you may blame yourself for being the catalyst leading to said divorce, and that would be an unpleasant guilt to live with.
