I went snowboarding 2 days ago and for the first hour used my hands to soften the blow when I would fall. Then again I worked out today then just noticed this. What could it be. Should I be worried?

Also, i snowboard a lot, the snow is pretty soft... How'd you manage that bruise? Only thing i can think of is landing the wrong way or something.
How does it feel? Can you move the arm normally?
>mfw OP made this thread just to show his gains

Srsly OP, nice arms
would attempt to feel up sneakily
Well I did a lot of falling, and when i tried to squeeze a rag at work to ring it out my hand killed, also when doing various lifting or using it there is pain.
I think it was caused because I would be going fast then fall and try to land with my arms to soften the fall (was my first time snowboarding) also when I tried to do a bench type excersise on the last one my elbow felt like it was stabbed by a knife

Sounds like your just breaking in new muscles/have a big ass bruise. When i remember first snowboarding i was so sore, it was awful. Then i talked to my friends and they said that snowboarding is just one of those activities that brings out muscles you never even knew about. I'm sure you'll be fine OP. If it last for longer than a week. I would say consult a doctor about it.
