>too autism to start or maintain friendships
>spend most of my time fantasizing about being in good friendships and being back in high school again
>everything tastes bland
>music doesn't have an appeal anymore
>can't stand to play vidya games for more than 5 minutes
>can't watch anime for more than 5 minutes
This has been going on for several years now. I just want this feeling of emptiness and loneliness to go away, and i'm sure this is happening because of my depression.
I've tried making a tulpa for the past couple weeks but i've been going nowhere, so I guess tulpas were just a meme.
What do I do? At this point I think suicide is the only option.

How about joining a club. Martial arts, Go, chess, w/e interests you the most. And once you have that you can socialize a bit..

Yeah, I think everyone who claims to have found success with tulpas are either roleplaying or actually insane.

Try to find a new hobby, like others are saying. Make sure it's something productive and rewarding, like exercise, playing an instrument, or making some sort of craft. Try to make internet friends.

sounds like you've tried everything but friendships. you need them, unlike popular opinion. just give it a try, you may not succeed the first few times. be honest. there's people out there for everyone
