If you're worried about pregnancy and less so about STDs, then you can pair your condom use with spermicidal lubricant to feel a little extra safe. But when using spermicides, be sure to follow their directions, because they're strictly for vaginal use and not for oral or anal use. Condoms are more effective than spermicides though, so continue to use condoms.
