Has anyone ever heard of depersonalization?

I've had this for about a year now. I also have derealization. At first it was the scariest shit that has ever happened to me. It just scared the shit out of me.
When I read about it online and found out that others were coping with it and that I was not going crazy, I became able to deal with it a bit better.
It still happens to me from time to time, but I just try to ignore and keep myself busy. It's hard at first, but it basically the only way to deal with it.

I get it frequently, especially when I am stressed or exhausted.
Drove me mad in the start, but I just got used to it.
