Turn off all electronics in the area that you're meditating in. Sit on the floor, cross your legs, place your hands like your picture. Be sure to have good posture. Focus on your breathing, breath deep into your belly. Relax your body starting from your neck and work your way down. If you meditate correctly, it will feel as if you have taken a glorious nap.
