Starting a religion in itself isn't wrong. The morality is what you do with it.
As long as you're not putting people into isolationist work horse cults or forming suicide pacts, I don't really care.

I miss religion being a big thing since it was nice having a place where people gather weekly to eat food, make music, discuss philosophy, and organize volunteer work.
