It's constructive criticism. If you just shower everyone with praise constantly, they'll never improve, because why improve if everything is perfect?

Over the past 4 years I've followed Sketchman's work he has improved drastically and responded well to constructive criticism. He is the undisputed master of drawing diapers themselves. But what I love about the art industry is the ever present potential for improvement. There is always something to be improved on and seeing it grow bit by bit is what makes art special. I genuinely meant my praise for his work. If I knew more about animation I would praise specific aspects of it.

I don't just want to express my gratitude by praising him. I want to give something in return. I myself cannot produce diaper content. I can't draw, I don't write well enough to make prose, and I'm not a sexy dipper girl that can upload pictures of myself. So what can I do? I can offer genuine, positive constructive criticism. People's honest reaction to art is what the medium is all about.

As much as I like his work I will dispute that. Ultimately it's a matter of opinion but I prefer the works of Goya, Mikuni Atsuko, even Black Rose Seduction and Rocket Manatee. Not to mention a great deal of non-dedicate diaper artists that have drawn some pretty nice ones.

Of course they can Anon, potty training isn't some permanent skill that you have forever no matter what. If you wear diapers 24/7 but hold your pee until it's a little uncomfortable like normal before going, you would see almost no progress even if you wore for months.

The training starts by learning to let go as soon as your bladder builds up anything at all. That will slowly begin to lower your capacity since your bladder is no longer stretching like it usually does, causing it to shrink. Around the six month mark, your muscles that allow you to hold your pee will atrophy from lack of use, and accidents will become more and more common. If you can maintain that for a year, you'll be functionally incontinent.

Messing without control is obviously a different monster, but even there you can erode your control until you have less than a minute from brain signal to poopy diaper. It's just more noticeable by its nature.

I would personally tweak that from "needing" to "life would be strongly effected in a negative way without..." A small bladder forcing you to go to the bathroom multiple times an hour would not fall under a need per se, but it would likely make getting by miserable for the average person.

As for what medical folk use to judge incontinence, I don't know. The impression I've gotten about their thoughts on diapers however is that they're to be avoided whenever possible. Whether its for social reasons or patient wishes, they'll recommend a catheter first even if it causes pain or carries infection risk.
