Heavy Metal published a single page Flopi Baci (as they spelled it) comic some time ago, possibly because they no longer receive weird art from France and they're trying to mine the south american field for it.

problem is, France has always been just a bit ahead of the world in terms of SF art, while south america is still stuck in about 1972.

the strip they published.. salesman in a woman's clothing store sells her underwear really cheap, so she'll try it on in view of the store's front window, which was lined with drooling men.

is this argentinian high comedy?

More or less, the comic is just an excuse to put Flopi in sexy situations. The original source, El Negro Bianco, has a little less comedy.
