I've watched The Last Airbender series hundreds of times. I'm finally getting around to Legend of Korra and the series is turning out to be phenomenal.

Not bad. Make the nose just a tad longer and less pinched with slightly wider tip and nostrils. Make the eyes and the irises slightly larger, and raise the outside corners of the eyes a bit with less arch. She also needs the hair thingies. Her right upper arm looks twisted in an odd way also. Pics from the cartoon where they didn't rush her facial features and or have good shading to show the depth are good for reference like this one...
