The current revival for that game really departs from the current source materal, though I guess it might be a pretty good RPG style hentai game with brothe sim elements.

I really want to get a game like the origional sim brothel, but with the quality of a more modern game, and with better UX and such.

Are people interested in that, or is the day of the brothel sim dead in the face of these more naritive driven stories that have linear progression and such?

If you haven't realized yet stepping over the barrel in front of the house advances the time of day so don't do it willy nilly. Always loot as much as possible before going home. There are some outstanding things in this artwork. Her hair is fucking amazingly well done. Holy shit, that must have taken some time. The details in her chain and belt are also excellent. Kudos to the artist.

My only criticism is it looks like he copied and transformed her eyes, which does not do this justice. Her pupils seem too close. I'd also like to see a bit harder shading in her face, and some shading around her mouth, so it looks less like fake lips painted on her face. Give those luscious lips a bit more volume.

Still, outstanding artwork, and I'm impressed!
