Maybe it's a proportion thing people don't like. I for one think you've got some good shading and color blending going on.

I think it's the extreme bimbo body type you give to your drawings.
It looks like it works on whatever furry and flat colored stuff you have, but any fully shaded human stuff starts to look uncanny.

I guess Im not sure if I should less-bimbo my characters, or figure out the shading more.

definitely the shading
proportions are matter of taste and can be done right
but the way you're shading them right now makes them look plastic
combined with unusual bodytype and the sexual themes of drawing, it starts looking genuinely creepy

It might be me pushing the highlights too far.

But at the same time, I know if I go too realistic, things start looking really off putting.
