You should be able to trigger the scenes now. Just talk to the sister when she is training outside. Exhaust her dialogue and during her conversation she will kiss you. There isn't an option to kiss, its a cut scene within the dialogue. As for the sex scene, just talk to her and when she is training and you should see the option to give what I show in the image.
