As for information about the character, Kat is a traveling photographer/writer who goes around the world for work. There are plenty of people who do Character sheets, or custom adopts.
See if you can find an artist who'll draw it out over livestream or something, that way you can put your input in while they're doing it.
(I've been asked to do a character ref from just text before. Usually if you're descriptive enough and have image references to ideas, most artists wont mind doing it!)
