I'd assume that for most people, that diaper is the most important aspect to them over sex, but that's just an assumption. This fetish does provide a lot of non-sexual situations over sex, so there's a good chance that the majority of people in this fetish are in it for the non-sexual situations which in itself causes a lot of content to reflect that.
