When you recruit or get followers, you usually have a mini quest or similar where you can choose what to do, with always 2 end results in front of you, a more pure/normal route or a corrupt one.
Ideally we will have 3 base models: Normal (when you encounter them), corrupt and pure.

Normal is an obvious priority, followed by the corrupt drawing because, in the end, the lewdest option. We will try to have a good, sexy design for the pure route too tho, not only nuns.

Even if it's not big mechanical changes, they should be tied to a mechanical thing the town does. If every town, when conquered, does something, then tying the characters to those things is a great way to give each town two specialties, where you can improve the output by progressing their storylines.

Well, I agree that it's better if there's instead fun gameplay and story, but a grind works in a pinch, and for a porn game, it's possible to go too far the other way. I never really fapped to Monstergirl Quest, for example, because I was too busy trying to win fights. Sengoku Rance had a similar issue but worked better because the scenes are hotter and because you get them as rewards for success rather than for failure.

We believed it's about time we talked a little more about our project, than just showing character design. We’ve been doing the game design so far: Trying to think in fun mechanics, and how they would fit the overall theme and goals that we have for the game. We’ve been working too in creating a framework that will help us know how much work there is still in front of us.

Of course, this framework is in the best case scenario, but with this document, we know where we can cut corners of the content, without harming the development of the end product.

Our main objective is to deliver a complete game. Our deadline to finish the game is two years, while we hope to deliver chapter 1 and 2 in the summer of next year.

Our priorities are: Finishing the plot, having at least half of the followers complete (each one with 3-6 scenes plus a small story/quest to obtain them), and having at least half of the planned scenes for each fight (we want 6 scenes per enemy, with 9 enemies per chapter and 45 enemies in total, which would be 270 scenes), and at least a basic portrait for each main NPC (Plot NPC’s and followers).

We won't create a blog until December because we want to have at least a basic working prototype with gameplay, so we can show its not just vaporware.

What is the game about?
The game is about a bastard MC that inherits the title of a city, few years after a Great Plague scourged the world and transformed a high number of the population in different kinds of beasts and monsters.

Your character has to travel through the world to reach the capital city, to make his new title official. Along the way you will be confronted with dilemmas and choices, which will shape the end result of the quest, city, and world. There is planned 6 endings, 3 for a pure route, and 3 for a corrupting one.

Which kind of characters there’ll be?
The game will have a balance of human characters, bakemono’s and furries, the ratio planned right now is ⅓ each. The game will have always the option to transform a furry into a bakemono and vice versa. There will be also adults, MILF’s and petite’s (yaddayadda everyone is +18 yaddayadda), in a ratio of 2/4 adults, and ¼ the others.

How is the game played?
The game is CoC style, text-based game but with portraits and some images, if time, money, among other things allow it, we may even add some CG’s, but that’s on the bottom of our priorities.
You will be able to explore zones, fight monster-girls, having sex with them, the typical ero-RPG in that regard, but also be able to transform yourself and to be able to transform certain followers, and/or corrupt them. You will also have your own city, which will provide you with resources and a healthy amount of scenes too. It is our aim to reduce grinding as much as possible, but we will talk about that later.

We are in the second phase of our game, we have finished the framework for NPCs, as in how many of them they are, which gender, etc. and we are about to start working in the lore of the game, creating the background of it, some historical characters and places, among other things that are necessary to make the world feel like it has an history.

Plus, it be a damn shame to put a gravity falls game though a engine like RPGmaker. Yeah text-wise changes will be completly re-done, talking about assets and portraits, being realistic, there is a limit of how many assets we will be able to do, so if char is originally monster-girl, the assets of that version will have priority over the transformation, and viceversa.

And yeah thats the idea, you just pick a "version" of the game. Some plot characters may stay furry but you dont have to fuck or anything anyway, this is because we want to have higher quality renders for those characters and redoing them several times its really beyond our scope, while the enemies will have more of a cell-shading finish which is faster

I do have some wip 3d models, but nothing to "show off". I also have a girl but she's too ugly to share, so I'll spare you that.
