You need to run the game from the exe in the BInaries folder, not the "Play The Klub 17" in the main folder. When you run the exe, before selecting to play the game, go into options and make sure you're running it in DirectX and not OpenGL. Don't forget to click "Save" after changing this.
The Hook should launch automatically when you run the game. You can turn it off and back on by pressing F9, and pressing F10 will re-load the Hook (some people apparently need to do this to get it to activate, idkwtf).

A guy named VerySlow uploaded his entire game folder, that's what it is. A pre-modded copy of TK17 with graphical enhancements, a bunch of models, clothing textures, stages, etc.

You still need to install the base game first for Registry reasons, then just copy the files from the Repack over the ones the installer makes.

That's what I do.
Even without a vidcap running, Hook 4 makes my comp abysmally slow so even if the vidcap didn't slow it down any further it would still be 3fps animation.

Screenshot gifs don't get you the breast physics, though, but if I had to choose between unhooked, 3fps, or no-physics-but-all-frames-displayed-in-Hook4, that's a pretty easy choice.

Their faces are made by me with slider-fu folded a thousand times. They use the Q7 Real Nose head mesh (or Nose Fix, it has many names), which only fixes, as you may inquire from the name, the nose and nothing else.
The body mesh used for them is one made by Modsgarden user Dimisd (or however it is), specifically DDTEENMIX.
I mixed both things in EMFS Tool and then slapped their settings from previous versions on it.

Although I don't have the specific link for the head mesh available, I do have a "package" for sharing these two models, which somebody else linked to you already (this guy >>769314 ). That should have everything you need to either replicate these girls or use as base for your own.

Any other questions, you can always ask. I'm not available 24/7, but I try to reply as fast as I can.

The Mod Enabler is so simple that its probably your fault that it isnt working.
Folders inside your MODS folder should be organized with the whole route that the file needs. For example, if the file is a .txx, then the folxer structure should be NameofMod/Archives/2.114.001/. If its skin or clothes textures, it'd be NameofMod/Mod/ActiveMod/skinOrClothingTextureName/.

Since you say you're new, I'll also say you could be missing the R9Scripts that enable all add-on mods and is a must-have. These scripts are found in Modsgarden, at the Add On Mods Section, in its own thread.
Hopefully you stop being a retard now.

Do not.. get any fucking eye-rescalers.

That shit has fucked up all of my models permanently, and the developer merely tells you to simply "adjust them". What he doesn't realize is that their FOCUS is based on a weird diagonal axis, rather than a horizontal and vertical one, meaning you will never... EVER get an eye that looks directly at the camera. NEVER.

Also uninstalling it won't work as the eyes placement is permanently placed as is. Meaning fuck up a model you like and you've fucked that model forever.

Any way to change eyeball size on EMFS

Im using EMFS but no matter what body i create, when i load my own saved faces to them the eyes are slightly popping out of the cheeks. on my default bodies they dont do that as these faces have been created using those bodies.

Any help?

There is a "no clipping mod" which will allow you to slim body parts to stop clipping.
I dont know if it will save you with that much clipping...

If you're looking into making pictures with that bodymod and cant fix clipping, put the apron on another invisible model and position it to make it look like its on the intended model
