Where should my game be based?

It will use a conquest type system, much like Sengoku Rance or Eiyuu Senki. This means I can have the MC conquer parts of a country, or perhaps the world?

My previous idea was to use the counties of the UK, where finally the player would unite the country. The same theory can be applied to the 50 American states. In the games above, they actually have entire countries to conquer.

Susan's responses to those requests are randomly pulled from a dialogue pool appropriate to the tier the article of clothing belongs to.
The system was in part designed to make it very easy to mod in new items of clothing.

It's hilarious because the classic beginner mistake is to try to draw stylized (aka, cartoony, whatever the fuck it is you're doing) before learning to actually draw properly, but that never fucking works. How do you suppose all the cartoonists got into drawing cartoons? Everything would look like shit and be made up on the fly if they didn't perfectly nail the human skeleton and then molded it to their purpose, if you don't have the main skeleton down on beforehand you would be doing guesswork every time you draw anything, since not only do you not have the basis but you don't know what you're changing the basis to.

Two simple concepts that you absolutely need to learn before getting anywhere are
1. Construction (allows you to make sure the final output is up to standards instead of figuring out halfway through that whatever line you made is uneven or too short, this includes anatomy and the human skeleton when drawing humanoids, or the framework that holds up a house so that you may logically draw a house, it's all construction).
2. Perspective (grants your drawing three dimensions and everything thereunder)
There really isn't anything more to it, but learning perfectly how to maniuplate dimensions and shadows to create perspective, how to build anything up in logical fashion so that the drawing makes sense to the end user and the creator, it's not easy).

You can't just "freehand" it, you need a skeleton because everything you draw has to be constructed from something. Experienced artists can visualize this and don't need to draw a framework for their every drawing, but a beginner really can't afford to do such things.

You can't do everything by yourself and produce a quality game in an acceptable time frame. Also, if you think that the mediocre art in Super Mom is going to be remembered five years (to be generous) from now, you clearly have no sense of how quickly this scene is going to grow.
