Exactly, the only reason he was mad was because this came from a private stream, otherwise he wouldn't even care.
Whenever he releases something it ALWAYS gets leaked, especially flashes (and in a really short time, "mysteriously")... he is perfectly aware of that and said it's just bound to happen.

If he uploaded those "leaked" pics (the ones he got mad about) to his site, instead of the private stream, you can bet he wouldn't have any problem.
