Dude you're a porn artist. I draw stuff for /d/ (albeit not with colouring and generally quick sketches) and blank canva's are nigh impossible. Even if I can't think I just check a request thread for an idea that might be fun.

Other artists constantly put out a shit-ton of work and get nowhere near the amount he gets on patreon (And don't even gatekeep the content) yet he still acts like a melodramatic shit.

That's artist talk for "I'm a lazy piece of shit, but I don't want to admit it". An author might get writer's block because he's not just creating something out of nothing, it also has to be good. With artists, especially smut artists, you can just pick anything and draw: if you can't decide on a character, watch a movie or read a book; if your mind is pulling a blank on the pose or activity, watch some porn, freeze a frame and use it for reference. And then there's 34, people would be happy with literally anything as long as it stars their favorite character and the artist has a semblance of talent.
