That is sorta how it is now. The only thing he usually does on tumblr is advert his streams and do his public dumps. The old flash code he uploaded? Most likely not. From reading some stuff on his patreon the scripts changed between each flash he has done.

Shygirl flash is missing a custom import class called "preloader" which ain't included.

He never uploaded the muffet file funny enough

and Tristana only spits out that some variable is missing and thinks its some pre-compile-only code or some shit.

Basically all of his stuff is broken and the only way to fix them is to extensively figure out what each layer and frame does and guess when which ones need to be activated or not and when to do jumps or stops. Honestly thats a lot of fucking work to go through with no documentation whatsoever. Whats the point of uploading the source files for your flash if you ain't going to include the code to make it work? Hell people are paying him money to upload that shit and he goes and half-asses it, but I guess he took a clue from the Breeding season devs and realized you can half-ass and mistreat your donors and they will develop stockholm syndrome to defend you to the death from naysayers.
