Here's the thing mate, where do you draw the line? "Childpornish stuff"? Rules are supposed to define the line. Sometimes it will be crossed and in those special cases mods will deal with it.

Right now it's crossed many, many times every day and the mods clearly don't enforce the rule.

Usually I just chalk it up as "there is no rule, they are just protecting their ass legally in case trouble comes along" but in 4chan's case they have a board (/b/) where they say "go ahead and post loli if you want to" so this is not about protecting their ass. It's just a rule that doesn't make sense.

How fair is it that user X gets banned one day by a mod for posting "childpornish stuff" but user Y gets away with it another day? The rule doesn't make sense, especially if it's just enforced "sometimes".

First of all "underage" varies in the world. Even in the US. In some places it's 18, other 16, or 15. Also under what age? Age of concent? Legal drinking age? That term is not clear at all.

Second, people are confused as hell about what "loli" or "shota" is. I would definitely define half the images IN THIS THREAD as loli without a second thought. Using the term "loli" in a rule context and not banning people posting young-looking girls with a flat chest does not make sense.

Personally this is how I'm hearing it. Starfire and Raven are ok because they have a nice rack on them but Terra and Jinx are a no go and should be considered loli just because they're an A cup. Even tho all four characters are within the same age range.
