If I recall when the artist first posted the picture a lot of people were talking about Bobby having no face, the artist or someone else made a greentext about Connie starting to chub up and dimly aware it was Bobby who was enabling her started having strange dreams where a faceless bobby kept encouraging her to pig out. Seated at a table covered in food in her dreams the faceless Bobby was coaxing her into eating as much as possible. Eventually she starts giving in, letting herself pig out and holding nothing back in her hunger. When she does this she becomes like him, a blank face save for a mouth to keep eating with. Something symbolic about being nothing but a hungry mouth never satisfied.
It ended with Connie waking up startled by the experience, and then immediately seeking out comfort food to help her relax.
