There's certainly a demand for it but even shitty content is hard to come by. Threads were common enough on /d/ but a lot of the time they were full of a combination of reposts, comic dumps and really awful quality art.

Plus as >>60652 pointed out the largest sources of western size content tend to be extremely protective of their work. You'd have an easier time posting scans of Marvel or DCs latest releases on /co/ than of keeping Giantess Club or Giantess Fan comics online.
