Women's arms are thinner (even fat ones) and the fat that does collect tends to be mostly on the underside, and (after a certain size) the upper arm collects much more fat than the forearm.

For me there was a gradual devolution from just enjoying fat/feeding fetish stuff, especially related to immobility.
