Art style as pretty poor, or at least its level of refinement. That said, whoever envisioned the detail in the changes and the body language did a good job. Loved stuff like the lip biting, toe curling, etc.

Plus they ended up an elf like InCase would draw... well endowed, redhead and freckled.

Ren'Py for VN, VX Ace for RPG. I actually have had a game in-production in the latter for years now with a fairly grand story, but right now I feel like taking a step back and writing a less ambitious novel. I have just begun brainstorming and learning Ren'Py for it, so not much to say about the story yet, sadly. The setting will be modern, at least partly (I want to shake things up), and the main theme will be forced TG.

My only real concern atm are the graphics - but if the story and atmosphere are really comfy, The Wotch tier graphics might work as well. Will see. I'll probably come fish ideas and requests from here once I have got things going.

Getting a story done based off pic related that I commissioned. One guy and his GF/Wife get turned into characters from a fantasy novel or game they play.

Currently stalled at names for these forms that two guys turned into. Elven Queens, anonymous lore but always like DnD, so can be like that. Prefer something perverted, but something true to lore.

One on left is dark elf/evil elf/Drow Matron. Sexy Evil.

One on right is Sun Elf (Forgotten Realms)/High Elf Queen. Very snooty, not as tree hugging as their wood elf/normal elf cousins.

Part of the reason why I can't get into/got out of Japanese TG and transformation, suddenly TG'd guys are completely submissive ladies who we wouldn't be able to tell the difference from based off of body language.

I used pdfimages, which pulls the actual images from the pdf, no conversion. Then just converted to png & zipped, so lossless.

A .cbz file is basically a .zip archive of .jpg files inside with its extension changed. You can either extract the files with any software that opens compressed .zip or open the file directly with a program such as CDisplay.

Apparently proper cbz naming convention is a 00, 01, 02... to avoid exactly this problem.

No idea why it'd be black and white, that's an issue on your end.
