Just remembered her old website and decided to check it out of curiosity. Last update with hypno pictures in it was in the middle of 2013.

I think that long before that though she just started to burn out on the concept. Which is understandable. Back in the day she was pretty much THE artist for this sort of thing, but she also came to limit herself to single pictures, since she often couldn't spare the time and labor for more, and also never drew really explicit stuff. I suppose that after a while there's only so many variations on a theme that you can come up with.
I wonder if Sleepymaid gets something similar, what with her large hiatuses and the way she kept starting then changing her mind and then stopping on a ton of comic projects.

Yeah, too bad it was never continued. Apparently the artist started to rethink his script and got kind of a block in the process and then got occupied with other matters. The comic ended up getting put on permanent backburner status, and the artist said that he'll probably never continue it.

I should note that he doesn't normally do hypno stuff, he just thought that this was a nice idea for a setup.

Something that occurred to me a while ago because I have way too much time on my hands that I don't think I've ever heard people mention. This one picture, made by John Doe for that "Breast Wars" /coc/ thing a while ago. I think it's the only time that an artist has drawn /Co/lette under mind control purely of their own volition, and more so that wasn't suggested by one of two guys.

Like other than this one every picture of /Co/lette being turning into a robot, or being planted with some kind of brain-reprogramming cyberware, they're all commissions or raffle wins/lucky requests by this one guy called "Narp," or "Narplebutts." He's some regular commissioner/patron of Psudonym.

Every picture of /Co/lette being hypnotized by eye contact or some kind of non-invasive machine or picture of her sleepwalking were all commissions or lucky drawthread requests or whatever by the anon who put together those Hypno Hustle packs.

Been wanting to adapt a hypnosis story I liked into a comic. TLDR: Guy's uncle died, turned out to be a mad scientist that made a machine to hypnotize people.

Original story turned into a fuckload of momcest, which fucking sucked, while I'd want the comic to expand on the shenanigans with various characters who I've never seen enough good porn of. For example;

Anyway, my intent for the twist on the eventual comic is that there was a girl who was helping the uncle with his experiments, and after the guy screws with somebodies head the first time, she undos his voodoo and gives them protection. However, due to "testing" reasons, she asks the girls to pretend to still be mind-controlled when he comes back.

Basically, the guy doesn't abuse the machine too much, and occassionally does some good with it.

Example: Urd/lingerie store own admits wanting to adopt a kid, but won't because of her job. (And having an exhibitionism fetish.)

Of course I don't recall much mind control to speak of in the comic for WITCH. In the cartoon the main villain of the second season uses a kinda sorta mind control/corruption thing on the previous generation of witches to build up her evil team, but it's not really explored all that much. There were those two episodes with that Horn of Hypnos thing, which I guess got some peoples' attention. Like I remember someone on Deviantart commissioning a ridiculous amount of not very well portrayed pictures of what was supposed to be the witch girls under control, and other guys making riduclous amounts of terrible photoshops to that effect.

Other than AWMBH a few posts up,are there even any decent hypno artists on that site anymore? Boogars I don't think has posted anything in ages. Trishbot once in a blue moon makes a new picture, but mostly just posts promotions for that shitty pay site she works with. Kandlin seems to have withdrawn from all the public gallery sites and just takes commissions to draw sanic characters every now and then. As a former /d/ hypnotist I guess I'll weigh in.

For me it's about the enhancement of sexuality. The mind is a powerful tool, and in women especially the mental aspect of arousal is more important than raw physical stimulation.

Everything you feel is felt by your brain, and therefore it can be taught to feel phantom sensations. With imagination and confidence you can create stimulation that is otherwise impossible.

If I remember correctly the whole thing was that first there was a site called HIPcomix, which stood for Heroines In Peril that was some 3d render superheroine bondage paysite. Then they got some renderers who were big into mind control and robotization which drew its own audience. So since the people who liked the hardcore bondage stuff and the people who liked the MC stuff didn't really go for each others' kinks the admins saw a chance to capitalize on a new paysite. So they made the MCComix website to cater specifically to that. At some point there was some kind of drama within the HIP and MC staff that resulted in a split, and a bunch of them left and made another website, Metrobay Comics. Although apparently there was some conflict over who owned what characters or stories in their archives. I find it hard to imagine that someone would go to a copyright lawyer and make intellectual property disputes over the likeness of 3d rendered characters in bad fetish porn, but I guess that the threat at least had to be there for the split.

Is there anything like HIP but "more vanilla"? I read most of HIP and some other MCComix stuff on sadpanda, but they didn't have as much actual sex as I was hoping.

Forgot that I was going to post the prelim and then the finished. I always like having in progress stuff to go with a finished pictures to see how stuff changed. The "stunned" face that Tannah has in one of those sketches could have been cute, but wasn't quite the look that I wanted when I commissioned it(artist was ICS). Also, the earlier version had Vard kind of feeling around in a timid, cautions manner where I felt like having him go forward confidently added to the humor more.
