Sorta did already. The Knockout. (Or TKO, or as Whipkick calls him, Ticko)
TKO is another 'Whipkick' from another universe.
While Whipkick comes from the lowest social class in his society, The Sullesim, TKO comes from he highest in the Aradommoca society, the Angam.
He relatively has the same abilities as Whipkick, but instead of involving 'speed', it involves 'distance', or Space.
He can, paradoxically, shorten the distance of attacks, which in turn increase the impact or force of said attacks.

I have a whole world I've been building for Dead Town, which most of my OCs are from, but aside from building characters and the world, I dont have anything currently planned for it.
another world Ive worked on i actually have in mind for a beat em up game, but I havent done much with it in a while.

I came up with an idea for an OC afew nights ago.
She is a Siamese Twin. her Mother was Asian, has 2 Fathers. 1 black, 1 white, both rich. Went to go live with the white father because the other father died in a car crash. The Right Girl has the black father's hazel eyes and his laugh. the left girl has blonde hair, blue eyes and tends to giggle at her sister's jokes. both have their mother's tanned southeast asian skin.
