Those are supposed to be dry, but they look used, because they already have defined/round shapes. You can definitely tell that many of these artists are underage or simply have never actually worn an even moderately thick diaper. Not that anon, but here's my perspective: When wetting in your sleep, you better not be sleeping on your side. Disposables do not have any padding at all on the sides and you will leak. Cloth seems to be a different story, but I haven't tried that for night wearing yet.

Some people also sleep on their stomach. However, this makes my back and neck hurt, so I rarely do it. Also the padding in the front of the diaper does not soak up as much liquid as the padding in the back.

Source: I've been wearing to bed regularly for about the last 2 years and every night for the last year or so. (Yes, this includes nights outside of my own bed.)
