I only draw with pencil. Got a really old wacom but hate using it and can't git gud with PS or sai. :(
Here's a really old pinup I did. Have been working on a comic for ages following this character from slavery to gnolls in childhood to pit fighting teen then wandering barbarian adult.
Never get more than a couple of pages in before I lose interest. Then next time I pick it up I find my drawing style has changed and doesn't match what I've already done so I scrap it and end up redrawing the same shit over and over !

What I'm most concerned about is mostly the consistency of the coloring, not so much the anatomy.
