At a first glance it looks really bad, but i can see some potential, if you're willing to work for it.

Firstly the real life photo in the background needs to go, a plain black background would be better or you could process the photo into cartoon art in photoshop or something similar.

There is something really off with the UI and the font you're using, i'm not sure what it is myself, but i think the buttons need outlines and you need a different color. I know there is some contrast theory with UI design, maybe you can look into that for UI. UI is important, since the game looks to be very UI intensive. I can't imagine using that UI for anymore than 5 minutes before going crazy.

I also think the amount of options/choices are smacked into your face too suddenly, study some interaktiondesign for that. Mail for an example, is an action that could easily be hidden under computer, etc.

Lastly, i don't have much to say about the art, other than that it's not really super appealing. I can't give much advice for that though.

I guess this works as a proof of concept for physical animations. There is still a lot to do, tweaking the physics, doing the hair properly.
