You are pretty late to the party. I've seen them in forever 21's more than a year and a half ago, en masse. It's basically a way to have a tight-bodysuit/shirt look under another layered outfit. Women's bodysuits have been a Big Thing since the 80's, as far as my memory goes. They got big with aerobics fashion back when jazzercise was popular. In the 90's, they were a convenient way to keep your tee tucked into your jeans. They fell out of favor in the 2000's and made a resurgence in the last year or so with a 90's revival and instagram lewd fashion culture. I hate the cartoony brown lumps that most of the "artists" for this fetish draw.
merunyaa used to be good with this but lately they have just started drawing mushy brown blobs that make it look like someone just had a serious case of diarrhea.
Not to mention that the shape off all of the diapers that are drawn in this style are completely unrealistic, if you have ever actually seen a used diaper you would know that they don't develop several brown tumors when they are used.
It's not even that I only want realism in my cartoon diaper porn, but it just feels like a really lazy way of depicting a messy diaper, when using things like facial reaction, subtle signs, or hell, even drawing smell lines or (non obnoxious) sounds would be better than
