1. Change colors with hue/sat(set to colorize)

2. Duplicate the layer(you only want the hue/sat to match the last layer. Brightness should be set to 0) and put this duplicated layer below the original hue/sat.

3. Go back to the original hue/sat you started with. double click the layer and using the "blend it" feature

To change the motion blur your best bet is probably to redraw the background and then just re apply the motion blur effect on the edited character.
For the nails you can probably just de-saturate the original ones and then play around with the curve tool, if that doesn't work you'll probably have to try applying some shading to it yourself.

That is what I noticed in my experience writing WM/BF erotica. A lot of people lose their minds, especially when slurs are used in an erotic context. Its basically 'do as I say, not as I do' mentality. I've done white male pairings with black, Asian and Indian women, and its only with the blacks I've gotten any push back from it.

This is the best I've got. If I would start from scratch I would have made the mouth a little higher and the teeth longer but I wouldn't know how to do the latter without it looking like the teeth should stab through the dick (and I aint into that shit mate).

I've said in the past I can't recolour things that are entirely black/white so consequentially the hair looks oddly greasy in this edit.
