I don't mind the buff, but I can't quite get behind the lack of clothing due to the hyper lethality of Xcom combat.

I remember back in UFO Defense sending dudes out on their first mission against sectoids and being one shot killed from across the map because all the squadies started out with were stylish brown jumpsuits.
Then fancy jean grey space armour with muscle built in.

With all of these big-titty muscle men, it makes me want a new class in the game specifically for them that caters to one of my personal fetishes.

A medic class, only available for the guys with a body size 80 or higher who have undergone gene and hormone treatment to be able to produce nutritious healing milk and literally nurse injured soldiers to health during missions. Move either the medic or the injured person next to the other and they'll Hunker Down and the medic cradles the soldier who starts to suckle. It lasts an entire turn but during that time the soldier is covered and the medic has increased defense from Hunkering and the genetic therapy toughening his back and side skin, After that turn the injured soldier is fully healed and depending on the level of the medic and what upgrades he has other benefits for a turn or two after like regenerating health, increased melee damage, increased aim/dodge/critical chance, etc. And one upgrade lets the medic nurse two soldiers at the same time and confer the bonuses to healthy soldiers by nursing them for a turn.

The mod does do that in a way. If you set some options to "rue" in its ini files you can train and gene therapy the soldiers to have the abilities to smash obstacles just by moving when they reach the biggest sizes as well as a few other things, at the cost of being hard to hide and a couple other negatives.
