That really depends on how you look at things. They happen to use their queue to control animals and connect to Eywa, as well as connecting with each other to share their thoughts and emotions.
Keep in mind that na'vi procreate the same way as humans and their definition of sex is the same as humans, albeit with the added intimacy of the queue.
So they don't fuck the animals or the flora, they just connect to it to accomplish some other task

This looks fantastic. The gameplay seems far more unique than I expected. I'm definitely looking forward to it.

One thing I noticed: The toggles for rape, feral, and gore aren't very clear. I would interpret both a grey "off" and a red "off" to mean that it's disabled. Maybe something more like on/off switches would be clearer? Or "on" rather than "off," and defaulting to the lit-up "on" state.

Also, during character creation, the effects of the stats aren't really obvious. Maybe you could use the empty top-right corner to show a description of whatever your cursor's hovering over, similar to the bottom-right panel in pic related. (Unless they're all just for various card costs, in which case I guess it's a little pointless to say so.)

No. There's no actual proof of the Tau castrating human citizens, outside of one ending from one of the games, in which the human citizens of one Tau-run colony mentioning that they haven't had a lot of children recently. Imperial propaganda likes to interpret this as the Tau secretly committing genocide on humans by poisoning their food and drink, but there's no clear evidence of anything of the sort.

All we know for sure is that the Tau allow humans and human planets to leave the Imperium and join them (whether voluntarily or as prisoners of war), becoming citizens of the Tau Empire and affording them the same rights and protections as the other races. There has also been mention of human civilizations who have followed the Greater Good for several generations, so preventing their reproduction is evidently not the default response, if it even happened at all.
