Off the top of my head TQ's build has a variety of diapers and a few 'adult baby' items in the game. These come into play because you can drink/eat things to keep from being thirsty/hungry and go give you stat boosts (or if cursed subtractions) this then makes you need to use the bathroom and the solutions to that are finding a bathroom in game, or using a diaper. Wearing a diaper de-buffs you and degrades your dignity/adds humiliation and can antagonize some NPC's, however pissing/shitting yourself gives you a huge humiliation hit and disgusts the hell out of the MC hurting a variety of your stats. Continued diaper use I think in the most recent build can add to incontinence, and some diapers can be cursed and be unable to be removed.

However in a certain part of the games world is a sex hotel with an nursery room where a Nanny will change you, and in certain contexts will become hostile if you are undiapered or bratty. There are some other areas where if you sit in some chairs it will trigger an AB related event that leads to messing/wetting yourself, or being fed in a high-chair and be brought to orgasm. Having an orgasm in a diaper can lead to developing a fetish for it which gives various positives and negatives. There is also a couple AB NPC's in the game where losing to them leads to some diaper facesitting scenes and stuff.

This is all just from what I remember, there could be more to it or I could mis-remember a lot of stuff and be a bit wrong in how it works. Oh yeah its a rogue like.

Maybe, Idk how I think the other half is that like most people i'm my own worst critic about my writing style. Ironically I was a 'professional' writer for about 4 years though it was AP style and not creative fiction writing. I always hate the way I write from a readers perspective I just like to channel my thoughts onto a computer to fuel my boner. Also suspension of disbelief ruins things for me and I can't get over things as fetish fantasy.


My basic idea is:
